Step # 1 - The Fun & Easy Part
1) Select which formats you want. There is no limit. (We then load them on an
iPod.)
2) Determine how long you need the service. Rates are based on a weekly rental
(actual usage) and number of formats.
3) We ship the iPod and music to you. When you're finished, you ship it back
using the enclosed pre-paid shipping label.
Step # 2 -
Hook-up and Needs
4) You will
receive an iPod, a AC charger and a RCA cable to connect to a sound system.
5) You must arrange for hook-up into an existing room audio system or a rental
audio system that meets your needs based on attendance and room size. We will
even assist you in the design and working with the venue at
no additional charge.
6) Hook-up the player, select a playlist and press "play". It's that simple.
Step # 3 - The Caveat
7) If ordering
far enough in advance, you may pay by check. Otherwise, we will need a credit
card. In either case, we will send you an invoice detailing costs prior to
payment.
8) We must receive the iPod back within five (5) days from the end of the rental
period.
9) Initially, you are charged the rental price plus an amount equal to the
rental price (a deposit) to cover loss, abuse, misuse, damage of the iPod and
it's contents.
10) Upon return of the rented items, verification all components are functional
and depending upon your payment type; we will issue a check or a credit to your
credit card for the deposit amount.
